An impounded vehicle is a vehicle towed into our facility under the direction of a law enforcement agency. Once impounded, any fees that apply to the impound are established by the agency authorizing the tow and must be paid prior to the release of the vehicle.

When and How Can I Retrieve My Impounded Vehicle

Vehicles are released Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Saturday hours vary depending on the law enforcement agency that towed your vehicle.

To pick up your vehicle, the registered owner must first contact the law enforcement agency that authorized the tow to see which location the vehicle is in and if a Vehicle Release Form is required.

• If a vehicle release form is required - the registered owner must go to the police department or state agency that towed their vehicle and provide a valid drivers license, valid registration and valid insurance card and ask for their vehicle release form. If the registration and or insurance card are in the vehicle, the registered owner should contact our office for assistance.
• If a vehicle release form is not required - the registered owner must go to the location the vehicle is in and provide a valid drivers license, valid registration and valid insurance card to our office staff. Once ownership is established and vehicle release forms are obtained, all charges must be paid in full in order to release the vehicle.
• If the vehicle was involved in an accident - our staff will do our best to assist you with any questions regarding your insurance company.
